We added this guide to help you understand what Modern Myth offers here in the website:

Current Designs

What’s mostly found under “Shop by Category” and “Shop by Collection”, this is a catalog of all our pieces from past to new collections which are available for purchase. Even though these are part of our current portfolio, we don’t keep on-hand stocks as each ordered piece is made based on the specifications of the customer - e.g. stone used, ring size, length of necklace, engraving, etc. (Made-to-order)

Of-a-Kind

Ready-made rings that are only available in one to a few pieces due to the availability (and distinct shape and color) of the stone used. (Ready-made but still needs to be adjusted to the customer’s actual ring size, limited in quantity)

Customized Jewelry

Custom-made pieces which were initially produced based on the specifications of the client. These already have their own product pages so that you can order them directly from the website. (Made-to-order)

Finished Projects

This is to further showcase our creations and finished pieces based on the requirements given by the client. You can inquire about these pieces by sending us an email, or you can also send your own design and specifications if you’d like to have something made! (Made-to-order)

Philippine Orders

Do you offer free delivery within the Philippines?
Yes. We offer free delivery for all Philippine orders above ₱10,000.

How much is the shipping fee for orders below ₱10,000?
A fixed delivery fee applies:
• ₱100 for Metro Manila, Rizal, and Cavite
• ₱160 for the rest of the Philippines

How long will it take to receive my order?
If the jewelry is readily available (only those found under On-hand), we ship within 2-3 business days after payment is verified.

All other items are made-to-order and follow a standard production lead time of 2.5 weeks. (Some pieces may be completed earlier depending on the design and production volume.)

When do you ship out orders?
We ship during business days only.

What courier do you use for local delivery?
We use GoGo Xpress as our third-party courier. Estimated delivery times:
• Metro Manila: 2-3 business days
• Provincial: 3-5 business days

What if my package is delayed or damaged in transit?
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If your package is delayed, damaged, or misplaced, please coordinate directly with the courier. Modern Myth is not liable for any delays or issues that occur after dispatch.

Can I request rush shipping or special handling?

International Orders

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx or DHL.

How much is international shipping?
We offer free international shipping on orders over $250.
For orders below $250, a flat-rate shipping fee of $60 applies.
(All international shipments are insured.)

How long does international shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your destination.
Please note that customs processing times may vary and may affect delivery timelines.

When will my order be shipped?
If the jewelry is readily available ( On-hand), your order will be shipped within 2-3 days after payment verification.
Otherwise, please allow up to 2.5 weeks for production before shipment, as most items are made-to-order.
We ship orders during business days only.

Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.

Can I track my international order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Is my international order insured?
Yes. Every international order is insured for your peace of mind.
In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@modernmythlabel.com so we can assist you with the claims process.
Claims are subject to the courier’s policies and processing times.

What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit?
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Modern Myth is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage.
However, since all international shipments are insured, we will work with the courier to file a claim on your behalf.

What if my country isn’t listed at checkout?
If your country isn’t available during checkout, please contact us at hello@modernmythlabel.com to see if shipping can be arranged.

 

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • When ordering from Modern Myth, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These additional charges must be fulfilled by the recipient; Modern Myth has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

  • Customs offices in some countries may require the importer to provide identification before releasing the shipment.

  • Because customs policies vary widely, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

  • When customs clearance procedures are required, they may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • Modern Myth will not be liable for any such delays once the item has been shipped out.

  • Modern Myth is not responsible for damage, defect, or loss that occurs after goods have been successfully delivered.
    We are unable to provide a replacement or refund for such cases.

 

Tracking Your Order

We will send you an email containing the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Bank Deposits or Online Transfers (BPI and BDO)

  • Credit or Debit Card (via PayMongo)

  • PayPal

  • GCash

  • PayMaya

 

Production Time

Please allow 2.5 weeks for production before we ship out your order. Only those listed under On-hand are readily available and can be shipped out within 2-3 days after payment confirmation. However if these are on-hand rings, these still need to be resized.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
Each Modern Myth piece is made-to-order based on your specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been produced and fulfilled.

Every item undergoes inspection prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you receive a piece that arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@modernmythlabel.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll review your case and assist you accordingly.

Please ensure your ring size is accurate before placing your order. For rings in the wrong size:

  • If the wrong size was provided by the customer, we can make the necessary adjustments. A resizing fee will be charged. And if the ring exceeds the sizing tier, the incremental amount will also be charged.
  • If Modern Myth produced the ring in the incorrect size versus what was specified in your confirmed order, we will resize it at no cost and arrange for pick-up and delivery of the item.
